Have a cuff-like area at bottom of each leg with 3 metal buttons on the outside. - see pic Measurements with garment lying flat: Length: Top of waistband to bottom of leg = 30.5 inches Bottom leg opening: 4 inches across, will stretch to 6 inches across Waist: 12 inches across, will stretch to 15.5 inches Hips: 14 inches across Length from top of waistband to crotch: 8.5 inches
