CANON POWERSHOT S45 (display screen does not turn on)

Bought for $100 at flea market and was told it was dead and needed a charge but was in “perfect condition” once charged, screen would not turn on and I did not have the right adapter to see if any pictures would download. Great camera if you like to collect!
