CANDIE'S Royal Blue Halter Top

CANDIE'S Very vibrant royal blue top. Super fun and flirty. You can also throw a blazer over it and wear it to the office w some slacks. No signs of wear. I might have only worn it once or twice. It has two little loops that would hold a necklace that came with it, but I usually throw those out. Sorry!
