soireegoodies4u Hi, I sent a package to a buyer and according to USPS tracking, the package was delivered.. Yet in my sales section it shows "Pending USPS scan", I attempted to contact posh customer service twice and they haven't responded to my messages. Do you know what else I can do? Please help

savvy910 Okay, I read what you sent to me. I still needed to do some research. I found in the guidlines "Perfume or Nail Polish USPS does not allow the shipment of perfume through the Priority Mail system, which is the type of label that Poshmark uses. As such, these items are not permitted on Poshmark. For more information on what USPS deems a hazardous material, please visit this page.

I hadn't thought of the facial serum this way... it's frustrating because I see tons of PM'ers posting stuff in their closets that they aren't supposed to, such as used make-up (eww!) and as a "free" GWP someone just sent me a nail polish which was nice, but I didn't request it. tezza630 @janine_e it still may a good idea to send an email to POSHMARK support to ask about the facial serum specifically. It is very difficult to keep things straight. I think posh tries hard to keep ahead of non-compliant but it's daunting. That's why we as Poshers are given the option to report items to them - not to be "nasty" but to help. Carolyn, @kookc thx for your input! @official_forum your help plz?

Lotion and swatched makeup is used. @doggiegrace Your eye gel/serum is okay in the makeup category 👌🏼 Once those two are removed..you are A OK. Let me know if you have any questions

I have looked and cannot find anything that specifically states no lotions or creams. USPS states no products containing alcohol, but some lotions and creams don't have that-especially of handmade....help, please!!!!!

official_forum @selinak8 Hi, the labels we use - Posh Post - it's a priority label and with the priority label, we can not send liquids ( lotions and creams are included in this). You can go to the FAQ section on the app.

selinak8 Ok, I read the FAQ "what can I sell on Poshmark" and it listed replicas, intellectual property, electronics, and non fashion items but says nothing about liquids or creams. jewelrysharegrp @gladysponce The serum you have I don't believe is compliant. But, the best thing I can do is shoot Posh an email to find out. It may fall in line with a liquid which is flammable. Having a non compliant item listed puts you at risk of being skipped and that's not productive. Would you agree??

I will wait for the response from posh. This has the consistency of a lip gloss and that's allowed so it's kind of confusing at times🙃
