Here is a Calico Critter tree house, no figures. We bought this specifically to use pieces for a school project. This is what we did not need and has never been played with after we bought new. No flaws just missing a few pieces, main house is not there, and swing pieces are missing. No figures included. Please feel free to ask questions.
