***Please note: Boots have vinyl's peelings in various locations. Although, there's a trend on many college's campuses of wearing such defects without repairing them, nonetheless, I am noting the defects here. The peelings have no bearing on the function of the boots. Everything works fine. With that said, the heel is approximately 2" Shaft 12", wide but can be adjusted to fit slenderer legs.
