C. Keer Anthropologie Sleeveless Top

Like new C. Keer sleeveless navy top with blue tie tyed fabric strips that create a textured, stripe and star pattern. I can't read the tag so I don't know the fabric make-up. It feels like either 100% cotton or mostly cotton with a small amount of spandex. This top was purchased from Anthropologie. Width (pit to pit): 17.5 inches; Length (shoulder to hem): 26.5 inches.
