Dress in excellent condition. Belt in good condition. Vintage 80s red dress with floral print. Peplum style waist detail that is form fitting. Longer short sleeves with button detail at shoulders. Pullover. Cinched waist. Belt is removable. Looks good with or without the belt, or with a different belt. Approximate measurements when laid flat: armpit to armpit 18" waist across 12" length from shoulder 42.5" Fabric content tag not included. It feels like it might be polyester or something similar but I cannot confirm that, it is just a guess. It is a lightweight material.
