Elastic on the neckline you can wear it off the shoulders or on giving it a straight neckline. This blouse has a touch of elegance with the embroidered floral pattern the color is a green to color some of the pictures look blue but it is a greenish teal color. 60% rayon 40% polyester. 21 inches pit to pit. 26 inches long if worn on the shoulder. If worn off the shoulder it’s 23 inches long. Excellent used condition.
