C Est. 1946 Royal Blue Dress

This royal blue dress incredibly flattering and has a sheer overlay that gives the dress great movement. This dress looks very classy with a pair of black heels or can be dressed down with a pair of sandals. I wore it to work even with a blazer and black pumps. Size XL.
