bought this dress last week and it unfortunately does not fit me well. i am a pretty petite built with a smaller chest. i think this could work better for someone else! size 00. worn once by the previous owner. NEVER worn by me, so freshly dry cleaned and ready to be worn. previous owner had the bust taken in to fit a 32B/C.

Super interested but can you add the measurement of the waist (where the horizontal seem is) and confirming the bust measurement is from the widest part of the bust? Lastly - this is from the actual dress not the size guide online?
