By Together cheetah button down dress with a fit and flare style and flounce short sleeves. Very flattering dress with tie at waist to make adjusting the waist size very easy. Nice navy, brown, and white colors. Could be great for office for someone on the shorter side. Gently used worn condition. Could fit a variety of sizes. The only limiting factor is the buttons at chest, I am a 32dd and the buttons gap just a little bit which is why I am selling. From smoke free and pet free home.
