By Together Collection Kaftan Style Blouse - so cute!

This “By Together” Collection blouse is navy + features a goldish/mustard print. It is a kaftan style blouse & ties at the waist. It features a deep v-neck design & the sleeves are a bell/flutter style. I am 5’6” & this blouse ties right at my waist. The sleeves hit about the mid forearm. This blouse is so cute & is in excellent condition. It’s a relaxed fit. 95% polyester, 5% spandex Hand washing is recommended
