This is a cute off the shoulder top it has adjustable shoulder straps the bottom has elastic around the bottom and it has elastic around the front with a tie (it is sewn in) it measures approximately 12” across armpit to armpit and from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom is 17.5” the sleeves measure 13” from the edge of the elastic to the end of the sleeve.
