susana_w @beforeandagain Hey! Robin! XOXO! Absolutely crazy!! We have 2 single people who want the house. Both are artists... a painter and a young woman who does ceramics. Interesting. Hard to imagine how a single could take care of this place. The flood gates opened in late June when people poured in looking to get out of the city and into the suburbs! We’ve been to VA once and will go again in a couple weeks to make some final decisions on... (Cont.)

susana_w @beforeandagain (Cont.)...final decisions on wall color, + details that we’ve been putting off until the walls were finished. Very disruptive trying to keep up with showings. Gave up trying to keep up with Poshing temporarily. Today, I sat to try to catch up. Another interruption has been dr’s appts.
