Button-Up/Tie Short Sleeve Top

Super cute purple and floral button-up/tie bottom crop top I got this top second-hand but it unfortunately did not fit me. The shirt does not have a size on it, but the store I purchased it from had it listed as a medium. I’m usually a medium and it was too small, so I think it’s more of a small or smaller medium.
