Button up black tunic dress

Cute little collared dress, has slits on the sides so I’d recommend wearing with tights or leggings! Wore it once with wide leg pants and it looked really cool. It has shoulder pads but if you don’t want them in you can clip the thread holding them there, it won’t show either way. Nice breezy fabric, perfect transitional dress!
