Button up Cheetah Print Dress

Cheetah print on cute army green. All buttons snap together, or not- and can be worn like an open tunic. Tags removed but never worn! So like new. Has belt loops and would look great with a black leather belt? Loops shown in photo. Wear as a dress or over leggings- many options! Two pocket detailing. Size medium- about 19” from belt loops.
