Button down shirt type navy blue dress with a wrap around vibe

this is a very fun dress where the top has buttons and seems like a shirt and it has a wrap around strap but its not a wrap around. The material is very soft and its fun and casual at the same time it fits me perfectly , I am 5'4 and 145 lbs. Got it at Nordstrom and I remember it was really expensive like $300+ but hey, I gotta sell it cheap if i want anyone to buy it. I wore it probably twice!
