Super cute floral pattern, very flattering with tie at the back to cinch the waist, worn only once, blue buttons going down all the way from top to bottom in the front! Modeled on someone 5’0 in heels, meant for a short person! Fits size 00-0 best I think (I’m a 2 and it is tight on me)
