Butterfly sparkle flats (run small)

Black sparkly flats with butterfly detail. New without tags. Marked as size 13 but seem to run smaller. Soles measure just under 8”. One of the butterfly’s wings aren’t laying flat. From a non-smoking, pet-friendly home.
