🦋NWT, lined, adjustable straps and light elastic just at waist. Can be worn with flip flops or heels, versatile and fun! Though the tag says medium, I’m going to say this is medium/large because it’s pretty roomy, especially on top. Lined to halfway down skirt as shown in pics and waist measurement shown as well.
