Business casual maroon & blue pattern dress - 4/6

Loose fitted but cinches with the built-in tie- either front or back. There isn’t a tag but my opinion based on my personal fit is that it’s either a size 4 or 6 but it does allow flexibility due to the loose fit and belt-tie. The color is navy blue and maroon.
