Are they 12 or 12 to 18 months?

@rmdelauz They say 12 months on the tag. Usually 12 months fits up to 18, that when the new size kicks in at 18 months. I can take some measurements if you think that would help you decide. Let me know :)

@rmdelauz This will be too small. This size will go up to about 18-22 pounds. I would definitely go with a bigger size, like a 24 months, for him so he can wear it a few months. Thank you for looking!
