@hortonia the inseam is 29”. I am 5’5” and they are just a hair long on me. I would go by your inseam.

As far as weight, I don’t know how you’re built. I have very muscular legs. I’m 134 and I fit in them well. My hips are 41”. The waist on this extends up to 32”, but has internal Velcro.
These fit me, but I ordered several sizes of different pants that have different flex fabric and are less insulated than these; I went with other pairs
