Burnt Orange Floral Dress

Cute ruffle detail on the shoulders and half length sleeves. Size medium BNWT, never worn. Approximately 18” across the armpits, 13” at the waist (which is elastic) and approximately 36.5” from shoulder to bottom hem. Falls just below my knee (I’m 5’3” size 8/10). Got at Nordstrom.
