Burnout design wrap with fringe

Beautiful dressy shawl approx 20” x 68”, plus 5” fringe. Photos look gray and black, but when viewing, looks more like like 2 shades of black. The burnout part, and the velour are both black. Details stitched with soft white thread. Lovely design.
