Burnout Velvet Rose Sheer Scarf w/Silver accents

Brown Velvet and sheer embellished roses scarf with fringe. - Good Used Condition. No Smoking home. No rips. The flowers are burnout so there seem to be flaws but it seems to me to be due to the nature of the fabric and design. Beautiful.
