Burmese Kalaga Buddhist Tapestry Wall Hanging Beaded Sequined Embroidered Panel This is a beautiful Antique Burmese Kalaga Handmade embroidered tapestry. It features two deities in poses that mirror eachother. It is finished out on the edges and backed with forrest green cotton. Truly a gorgeous work of art using sequins, colorful silk threads velvet, silk and glass beading. The Burmese figures are each elaborately designed and stuffed for a three-dimensional effect. Measurements:  23" H x 12.5" W x .5" D 12.9 oz Condition:  Fair vintage condition because there are a couple missing beads and a few thread tails but no rips or tears in the fabric or embroidery stitching. Some of the metal sequins have tarnish. Someone wrote "J17" on the back with a marker. Normal wear for age and use. Please see all photos.
