Burgundy velvet short blazer

Amazing quality - the velvet is soft and supple and silk and such a beautiful blood wine color. Selling because I need something bigger than 0p. It is the perfect velvet blazer in my opinion for this color. 20" long, 13.5" waist. Accurate sizing I would say for a 0P. 80% rayon, 20% silk.
