Burgundy velvet dress

Long sleeve, floorlength, velvet dress for a little girl, about seven or eight years old. Worn ones for a wedding in 2021 does have some spots, pictured, which aren’t really noticeable unless you shine a flash of them. sleeves were shortened about an inch and can be let back out. waist was tightened about 4 inches, and can be let back out.
