Burgundy short, adjustable top Dress

Crystal Doll short, adjustable top dress has cute capped sleeves with a v-neck perfect for a simple necklace to fill up the space. Has a loop-through on the side to adjust the top as loose or as tight as you please. New without tags, has been just hanging at the back of my closet. Would be perfect for a teen on their graduation day, not too preppy, not too shabby either.
