okay I really need you to message me back concerning the other boots I bought. this is starting to get ridiculous. I purchased them 17 days ago and haven't heard a word from you since. I've been trying to get in contact with you multiple times and nothing. this is discouraging and I really want the boots but if you can't get back to me soon I'll need to cancel. highly disappointed.
