Burgundy Polka Dot Skater Dress

This is a burgundy Polka Dot Skater Dress with long sleeves. The sleeves and chest area are black and see-through. I originally purchased this from a store called Envy in my local mall for $20. The lighter part at the tip of the dress shown in the cover photo is just the inside of the dress. Dress isn't stained or damaged in anyway.
