Burgundy Blouse Medium. Xhilration Off The Shoulder Top

This a light and airy top. It is an Xhilration top with shoulder cutouts and a flare at the wrist. There is embroidery in several pieces throughout the top. It is made of rayon and hand wash but has been machine washed. It is loved but in good condition.
