donabow1 we check the prongs because two of the stones fell out we think the prongs are worn , we sent it to the jewelers for opinion to see if its worth fixing ,I do have other bracelets and ill be happy to lest some for you at the same price these are new we feel very badly about this and embarrassing to us tell me what kind of bracelets do you like thanks be safe for the holidays so very very sorry
