Sorry but I can't do the counter offer. My offer is as high as I would go due to cost to replace battery and pressure test for waterproof after replacement. Then there is the other purchase related costs too.

@jayd1313 I’m not sure what you mean about a pressure test and other things . the only thing this watch needs is a battery it’s brand new with the tag on it

When the case is opened to replace the battery they need to test it after assembly to verify it is still waterproof. The battery is inexpensive... its the installation and test. It will be used in an active enviroment. Other things are the sales tax and shipping cost. Understand brand new but not operational at this time. I appreciate your time. If you change your mind let me know.

@hepm4b yes it's needs a battery . The watch itself has never been worn except for the picture. I can bring it to the jeweler for a new battery . The battery just happened to go since the watch has been posted .
