Burberry check Nova Pleated Wool Skirt High Waisted size XS with buckles vintage

Bought from a designer consignment store in 2015 and wore it once. The skirt is pleated around the back and on the sides with a non pleated front. It’s in good condition but could probably use a good steaming because there are a few wrinkles from sitting in my closet for years. Two adjustable side buckles with silver hardware. The previous owner added a strip of velcro on the inside to make the fit more snug/more secure but it’s not noticeable when you don’t use it. There’s no size tag so please see measurements. My waist is 24.75” and it fits snugly using the velcro, but more comfortably not using it. It’s very posh and flattering on. Let me know if you have any questions!
