"Bunting" Baby Bag with Zipper, Knitted"Granny Squares", 1970's Vintage

This is a vintage, 1970's "bunting" baby bag. The pattern is called "granny squares". Each square in knitted separately & then they are all knitted together. This bunting bag has a hidden front zipper, & a high collar for additional warmth. It measures from the bottom of the collar to the end of the bag 24 inches. The width is 15.5 inches. The collar 8 inches tall. The inside of the zipper ribbon does have some staining. There is also a very small spot inside the collar; see photos.
