ladybugg701 @day27 Forgive me got not seeing this question. The dress measures 42" (3.5') from below the bust line to the bottom. Within this measurement is 3" of stretchy material which hugs the waist just below the bust. The straps are adjustable, and the measurement for the entire dress, not including the straps, but including the covering over the bust area is 4'1". The straps can give you up to approximately 6 1/2 inches at its maximum length, but it can obviously be shortened quite a bit. Also the bust does have slight padding. I hope this helps!
