Bundle street of Paris watercolor paintings

This bundle is a watercolor print which has a number 728 on the back The scene is the street of Paris. The artist name appears to be T.F. Wagner, but in my research, I found it to be Hermann Edouard Wagner (1894-1963). The area of which he found his scenes usually were in Eastern France.
