shimmie6 @chanpheay: I heard back from poshmark, they need you I wrote an email to support@poshmark.com and put order number in the subject line, explain to them that we have been in touch but you haven't recieved the even though seller verified she mailed it! Thanks

chanpheay Really?! I'm sure it'll make it to me. Do u by any chance have transaction number from post office? Maybe I can track from that. This hasn't happened to me either. That's why I stick to buying, rather then selling. Lol, too much stress.

shimmie6 @chanpheay: wait until you hear from them take about 48 hours; I had this happen to me I never received the package and they were great, I got a refund so you will get it but they go through their steps as well!

shimmie6 @chanpheay: it's definitely lost in the mail because I definitely mailed it. Under your account, you can click on the purchase and click on item delayed and then click on cancel order that way you get your money back :( I am so sorry, this has never happened before to me when selling anything. I mailed two packages that day and they both are lost. I will never hand them to mailman again!
