regenclan @dcarbonell Hi! I received my package today, and there were a couple of issues with it. Both pairs of shorts had stains on them. The stain on the khakis is coming out with effort. The stains on the No Boundaries shorts are not going to come out at all. Also, the khakis are advertised as a size 14, but it states in the description that they are a 12 that fits a 14. These are a true 12. I can get them buttoned, but it is very tight, and very uncomfortable. They are definitely not a 14. So, I ended up with a 2 pair of shorts with stains, and 1 of those that won't fit. I'm ok with keeping the pair that's too small. I'm working on losing weight, so these may fit eventually. How do we rectify the situation with the shorts that are stained? Thank you very much for your time! 😄

cat_bohochic @regenclan oh hun, I'm so sorry! So many of these I have grabbed out of boxes and checked over but I guess not good enough. And as far as the 12 vs 14, I have never been a 12, always a 14 so I always just assumed they were a 14. I put the waist measurements in the listing and considered that a 14. I will happily take both shorts back with no problem. I feel horrible 😞. How do u want to do this?

regenclan @dcarbonell I had an issue with another order one time, and she just had me pick out something of the same value in her closet, and just mailed that to me. Would that be okay to do? Does your daughter do gymnastics? It looks like she is a gymnast in ur profile picture. My daughter is a competitive gymnast, and we own the gym where she goes. We do gymnastics, tumbling, competitive gymnastics, competitive cheer, and preschool gymnastics.

cat_bohochic @regenclan that would be fine sweetie. And yes... She is a gymnast. Cincinnati Gymnastics. She loves it. She's 6 and getting ready to try out for the USA team. She did CRT 4 this past season. If u ever want o GE rid of mats or gym equipment, pls let me know! We are looking for some!!!
