bolonski3 @ranae62 hi absolutely! It’s called the ketogenic diet. In it you eat primarily healthy fats, moderate protein, and very low carbs ( less than 20 g/ day). When you deplete your carb intake drastically your body is forced to burn its fat stores for energy. If you eat carbs, you’ll burn the carbs first. By taking them off the table ( literally and figuratively) you have nothing else to burn but your fat stores.

bolonski3 @ranae62 it was created for diabetic patients and helps regulate blood sugar and hormonal imbalances. When blood sugar is high, hormones are off as well. It is very easy. I wasn’t perfect. You have to stay in ketosis for optimal fat burning and it can take several days to get into ketosis ( optimal fat burning mode). Give it a full week. After that you won’t be constantly thinking about food. You don’t even feel hungry except for protein Or healthy fats. But you have to give it that week

bolonski3 @ranae62 also look up keto flu. When you’re in ketosis and your burning fat it can make you nauseated. But that goes away. Exercising burns up the extra ketones in Your blood and make it go away. Lots in google. If you try it ofvourse check with doc first but it’s easy to stuck to once you figure out what good fats are n what foods to eat. Good luck and best of health to you!!!
