Says "made in China", so it may be 90s, though I'd guess it's older. Measures about 2" tall by about 2.75" long by 2" deep. I've left some water inside because I'm concerned about draining it and losing the snow. There's a plug in the bottom and you can add as much water as you like. Condition is good. The plastic at the bottom has yellowed with age.
