Ganson of California black leather handbag with a lot of functional details - metal feet at bottom; two outside slip pockets; four fabric-lined zip pockets inside; vinyl lining; metal zipper closure at the top. Measures 15" wide at the widest point; 8" tall; 3.25" deep. The handle drop is about 5.25", so it really is best just as a handbag, and not over the shoulder. Condition is good. The straps have some cracking, one more than the other, and the lining of one of the zip pockets has a little rip from where it got stuck in the zipper at some point. Light wear to the surface.
