Built By Wendy Mount Rushmore skirt Size 4

Full disclosure - this used to be a dress with a peasant top but I had a seamstress update it two years ago. Now it is a black/blue 63% rayon/37% viscose high waisted skirt with starry night sky gems detail on both front and back. This skirt was well loved so there are some small stains in the blue area. Photos of the stains are included amount the pictures. Looks gorgeous with a black racer back tank.
