Build a Bear My Little Pony Scootaloo Still has Tags

Build a Bear My Little Pony Scootaloo She was my daughter's, but she doesn't appear to have been played with. She still has her tags, and her hair is still in the rubberbands. I don't see any stains or rips or holes. She is one of the smaller ponies. Approximately 10 inches tall. I was unable to get her to stand on her own.
