Buick rendezvous 2002 all wheel drive

Replaced alternator, starter, battery, front 2 wheel Barrings, fuel pump, new front control arms on both sides and some other stuff. The tires had slow leaks in them because they where old. I got a new car so its been parked for 7 months but it was driving fine before the tires are flat now from sitting they need replaced. I have the title.
