Just some dirt staining the outside toward the bottom pouches. - 4 layers of compartments on the back and 4 small side pouches. - backpack straps and side handle so it can be used as a duffel - 2 sets of compression straps in the main pocket to secure things and make space - comes with the hip straps for heavy carrying - extra zipper around the main compartment that flexes out to make that compartment a few inches deeper
